Abstract

This paper presents power analysis and simulations of maximum constant boost control with third harmonic injection methods for the Z-well inverter that provide maximum boost for a modulation index. fixed. The Z-Source inverter is a newly invented power conversion concept designed primarily for fuel cell applications in automobiles. The Z-source inverter is very advantageous over traditional inverters and can be used in all AC and DC conversion applications. All conventional PWM techniques can be used to control a Z-source inverter. The maximum constant rise control techniques eliminate low frequency ripples in the inductor current and in the capacitor voltage while maintaining the duty cycle while minimizing the voltage limitations of the switching devices. The maximum gain control method is suitable only for a relatively high output frequency, in the maximum constant gain control method, however, the structure of the Z source network is independent of the output frequency and is determined solely by the determined switching frequency. This article describes the Z parameters of the source inverter such as the boost factor, the output DC link voltage, the capacitor voltage, the output AC voltage, the voltage gain, and so on. are determined experiences. presents performance analysis and simulation of maximum constant boost-control with third harmonic injection methods for the Z-source inverter, which can obtain maximum voltage boost for a fixed modulation index. The Z-source inverter is a recently invented a new power conversion concept mainly developed for fuel cell vehicular applications. The Z-source inverter is very advantageous over traditional inverters and it can be employed in all ac and dc power conversion applications. All traditional PWM methods can be used to control Z-source inverter. Maximum constant boost control methods eliminates the low-frequency ripples in the inductor current and capacitor voltage by maintaining the shoot-through duty cycle constant, and minimize the voltage stresses of switching devices at the same time. The Maximum boost control method is suitable for relatively high output freq uency only, but in the maximum constant boost control method the Z-source network design is independent of the output frequency and determined only by the switching frequency. In this paper Z-source inverter parameters such as boost factor, output dc link voltage, capacitor voltage, output ac voltage, voltage gain etc. are determined for maximum constant boost control method for a fixed modulation index and these results are verified by simulation and experiments.

Analysis of SVPWM for Inverter Fed DTC of Induction Motor Drive
Author(s): Shakil Akhtar, Giraj Solanki
Page(s): 964-966
Abstract

Various aspects related to the control of induction motors are investigated. The Direct Torque Control (DTC) strategy is extensively studied and its relationship to Vector Vector Modulation (SVM) underlined. driven by induction motor. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the induction motor with SVPWM inverter and the harmonic analysis of voltages and currents. To control the number of IM pulse width modulation schemes (PWM schemes) are used for the variable voltage and frequency power supply. The most commonly used PWM schemes for three-phase voltage source (VSI) inverters are PWM sinusoidal PWM motors (SPWM) and PWM space vectors (SVPWM). There is a growing trend for using Spatial Vector PWM (SVPWM) as it reduces the harmonic content in the voltage and increases the base output voltage of instant messages. The performance of the inverter-driven SVPWM drive is therefore modeled and simulated using the MATLAB / SIMULINK software. The results of the SVPWM-based induction motor drive speed control will be similar to those of the Modulator Driven Induction Motor (IM) motor drive and Direct Induction Motor (DTC) induction.

Abstract

As we have already seen a splendid growth in multimedia and technology, and considerably higher scale of social issues and crimes, face recognition plays a vital role in taking actions regarding all of these. Face as an object consists of variety of features for detection and recognition, therefore, it is still the most challenging research area for students in the field of computer vision and image processing. In this survey paper, I have tried to put in few most endeavouring face features such as, various poses, age, partial occlusion etc. All this information contributes more and more during identification. However the most important is to reject the outliers of facial points. But this task has become more challenging and it becomes tough to recognize faces due to various external and the internal factors such as ageing, variations in poses, emotions variations, uncontrolled environmental conditions etc. There are various techniques which have been developed and used. Each technique has its own characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, performance, representative work etc. This paper also states face detection techniques, approaches, as Eigenface, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Independent Component Analysis (ICA), Elastic Bunch Graph Matching etc. However, I just aim to provide a comprehensive review over face recognition along with its applications. And after the deep dive, some major outcomes are given in conclusion.

Abstract

Programmed division of veins in fundus pictures is of incredible significance as eye maladies just as some fundamental maladies cause perceptible pathologic adjustments. It is a twofold arrangement issue: for every pixel we think about two conceivable classes (vessel or non-vessel). We utilize a GPU execution of profound max-pooling convolutional neural systems to fragment veins. We test our technique on openly accessible DRIVE dataset and our outcomes show the high viability of the profound learning approach. Our technique accomplishes a normal precision and AUC of 0.9466 and 0.9749, separately.

Abstract

Power generation is a leading contributor to air quality deterioration. This has led to the emergence of basic air quality benchmarks that are supposed to be upheld by power companies. While these decisions are taken keeping the health of the broad environment in mind, little is done to reduce or compensate for the damage caused in the regions surrounding power plants. This research employs pollution measurement models and combines them with Operations Research techniques to come up with solutions that make lives easier for people living around power plants..
