Abstract

This paper introduce a hardware-oriented SPIHT decoding algorithm in electrocardiogram. Low-power hardware architecture is developed to implement a real-time, high-performance and low-cost ECG. SPIHT employs more sophisticated coding and which exploits the properties of the wavelet transformed to increase its efficiency. However, current SPIHT coding structures are intended for picture/video handling. These structures require a lot of memory just as muddled arranging calculations, which both require tedious undertakings and are unsatisfactory for portable ECG applications. In light of our recently changed SPIHT coding work, which utilized banners and check bits to decrease memory prerequisites and coding unpredictability by combining three inquiry forms into one stage. Hence, to accomplish the on-going plan objective for portable ECG applications, in this paper, we initially present an equipment situated SPIHT translating calculation that is reasonable for deciphering the recently introduced SPIHT coding work. In like manner, a fitting low-control equipment engineering is created to execute an on-going elite and minimal effort SPIHT VLSI plan for our proposed decoder calculation, which is suitable for portable ECG application. To design Real-time, cost and power-efficient one-dimension (1-D) wavelet-based quality-assured electrocardiograph (ECG) compression systems using Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (SPIHT) decoder design.

Abstract

This paper utilizes another face discovery strategy dependent on Haar-Like element. New Haar-Like component is an expansion of the Haar-Like include premise. This article utilize four new Haar-Like include, and these highlights with existing Haar-Like element are input Adaboost classifier together to select component, at long last developed characterization execution and incredible course classifier for face location. After location tests we can it couldn't be any more obvious, the calculation can show signs of improvement results analyzed with other conventional face recognition classifiers like Haar-Like.

Abstract

Speaker acknowledgment is a system used to consequently perceive a speaker from a chronicle of their voice or discourse articulation. Speaker acknowledgment innovation has improved over ongoing years and has turned out to be modest and dependable technique for individual distinguishing proof and check. Research in the field of speaker acknowledgment has now traversed more than five decades and has demonstrated productive outcomes, anyway there isn't much work finished concerning South African indigenous dialects. This paper introduces the improvement of a programmed speaker acknowledgment framework that fuses characterization and acknowledgment of Sepedi home language speakers. Four classifier models, to be specific, Support Vector Machines, K-Nearest Neighbors, Multilayer Perceptrons (MLP) and Random Forest (RF), are prepared utilizing WEKA information mining device. Auto-WEKA is applied to decide the best classifier model together with its best hyper-parameters.

Abstract

Human emotions are an important part of our life. We express our feelings through emotions. When a person is sad, then the person cause a stress. But when that stress prolongs more than a week then such a condition called as a “Depression”. Depression is caused due to the people live at fast life structure and cause pressure in their workplace, family etc. Depression is one type of mental illness. Depression is a common mental illness with a prevalence of 10 to 15% in population. Now it seems to be a common type of problem in most of the person. Hence to detect the depression state in human being, there is need to develop some tools which can detect the depression in human. This survey paper describes different algorithms and methods which will help to detect the depression phase in human by face recognition. This paper specifically gives the methods for recognition of face, classification techniques for detection of different face parts like eyes, lips etc. By using this techniques and algorithm one can collect the data base for depression analysis. Consequently with the assistance of strategies and calculations portrayed in paper, it is anything but difficult to recognize the downturn without the physical nearness of specialists.. Also papers describes the automatic depression detection in adolescents.

Feed Forward Pipelined Accumulate Unit for the Machine Learning Accelerator
Author(s): K. Darani, Dr. P. Sukumar
Page(s): 474-480
Abstract

MAC calculations account for a huge piece of AI quickening agent activities. The pipelined structure is generally embraced to improve the execution by lessening the length of basic ways. An expansion in the quantity of flip-tumbles due to pipelining, be that as it may, for the most part brings about huge territory and power increment. An enormous number of flip-flops are regularly required to meet the feedforward-cutset rule. In view of the perception that this standard can be loose in AI applications, we propose a pipelining strategy that disposes of a portion of the flip-flounders specifically. The reenactment results demonstrate that the proposed MAC unit accomplished a 20% vitality sparing and a 20% zone decrease contrasted and the ordinary pipelined MAC.

Use of Micro Satellites for Global Connectivity, High Speed Transmission & Data Analysis
Author(s): Swaraj Sagar Pradhan, Madan Khanal
Page(s): 481-523
Abstract

This project depends on relative planned swarming system of inter-connected cube satellites, these satellites will be connected and will drift relative to each other which means that the level of coverage and service will change with time. The governing parameter of the drift is the relative velocity difference received at the time of deployment. These inter-connected satellites will be equipped with HET (High efficiency thrusters) for higher orbital stability and collectively these satellites can give very low latency data rates at data latencies down to about 20-30 milliseconds, which is done End to End Quantum Data transmission with an additional feature. This study helps on data analysis also the relative drift is solved using constantly changing satellite connections which has a very stable and planned orbit using the Teran celestial coordinate system in order to provide uninterrupted high-speed data connectivity as well as other facilities..

Abstract

With the accelerating process of world economic integration, China's trade with the rest of the world has became increasingly close, which has not only promoted the development of the country, but also promoted the economic development of neighboring countries. In particular, the implementation of the strategy along the way, for the ASEAN countries, is an opportunity for development. As a major country of ASEAN, Thailand has always maintained good cooperative relations with China. Especially in terms of trade and commerce, China imports a large amount of agricultural and sideline products from Thailand every year, and Thailand will also introduce industrial products from China. It can be said that China is very friendly to the ASEAN countries headed by Thailand, and it provides a large amount of loans every year. Domestic companies have also settled in Thailand, and Thailand has become the most familiar investment destination for Chinese companies. This paper examines the differences and linkages between the national strategic plans of Thailand and China's Ministry of Commerce through a comparison of the national strategic plans of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand and China, and hopes to provide reference for relevant industries.
