Financial management is one of the most important functions of every bosiness organinstion because it deals with the planning, procurement, utilirution, and control of financial resources. Effective financlal management practices belp organitationa muintain adeqeate liguidity, control costs, improve profitability, manage risks and increase the overall value of the firm. This research paper examines the impact of financial management practices on the financial performance of companies. The stody focunes on major financial management practices such as financial planning, working capital anagemant, capital bulgeting, capital structure decialons, dividend management, financial control and risk management. Financial performance is evaluated throagh indicators such as profitability, liquidity, solvency, efficiency and return on lorestenent. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach based mainly on secondary information obtained from books, research studies, financial reports and relevant publishod seurces. The analyvis indicates that companies following systematic financial management practices are grnerally better positioned to utilize resaurces efficiently, control financial risks, maiotain liquidity and improve prufitability. The paper concludes that effective financial management is a strategic requirement for surtainable business growth and long-term financial performacce.
