Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being considered for Human Resource Management (HRM), including recruitment, employee selection, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This paper reviews the applications, potential benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations associated with AI in HRM. The study follows a descriptive approach based on secondary sources, including academic literature and professional reports. The review suggests that AI may support routine tasks, organize workforce information, and assist HR decisionmaking. However, privacy, algorithmic bias, implementation costs, accuracy, technical knowledge, and employee trust remain important concerns. The paper concludes that AI should support rather than replace human judgement, with responsible policies, data protection, and appropriate human supervision.
