📝 Abstract
The SaaS-Based Employee Management System is a web application that helps organizations manage their employees. This system is available on the cloud, which means people can use it from anywhere at any time long as they have a device that can connect to the internet. Traditional ways of managing employees often involve a lot of paperwork. Using software on desktop computers. These methods can be slow and prone to mistakes. The SaaS-Based Employee Management System provides an online platform where organizations can manage all their employee data, attendance, payroll details and other administrative tasks efficiently. This application was built using React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MySQL. These technologies help the application perform better process information faster and provide a user- experience. The system also has login authentication to protect employee and organizational data. Because it is based on SaaS architecture people can access it from anywhere at any time using devices that can connect to the internet. The SaaS-Based Employee Management System helps organizations reduce paperwork save time improve communication and increase productivity through efficient employee data management. The system helps organizations cut down on paperwork save time get better at talking to each other and get work done through safe and efficient employee data management with the employee data management system
