📝 Abstract
BlockEstate is a revolutionary system that enhances property transactions and records by utilizing
distributed storage and blockchain technology. It creates permanent records on Ethereum's blockchain and
stores documents and data on IPFS, a secure file network, making everything transparent and irreversible.
This aids India in transitioning to a "conclusive" title system, in which titles are legally protected.
BlockEstate reduces human paperwork and prevents fraud through the use of automated blockchain
contracts. Compared to previous paper-based registries, it completed duties more quickly and safely,
handling over 1,000 users and 500 property data with ease in tests.
