By integrating predictive models with skill mapping, workload balancing, and adaptive scheduling, the framework ensures optimal utilization of human resources while minimizing inefficiencies. The approach emphasizes flexibility, enabling rapid response to demand fluctuations, machine downtime, and skill shortages. Case studies demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall production output. The findings highlight that smart workforce allocation is not merely a tool for resource management but a strategic enabler of sustainable competitiveness in modern manufacturing systems.
