Rapid urbanization has increased the number of civic issues such as road damage, waste overflow, streetlight failures, and drainage problems. Existing complaint mechanisms are often manual, timeconsuming, and lack transparency. This paper proposes FixMyCity, a geo-based smart civic complaint management system that enables citizens to report public issues using location, images, and category selection through a Progressive Web Application (PWA). The system supports role-based workflows for citizens, employees, sub-administrators, and administrators, ensuring efficient assignment, resolution, and verification of complaints. A public map displaying resolved complaints with before-and-after evidence enhances transparency and trust. The proposed system reduces duplicate complaints, improves response time, and supports smart city governance.
