This paper presents an Electrical Contractor Management System (ECMS) designed to automate project scheduling, workforce management, material tracking, compliance monitoring, and billing operations. The proposed system enhances operational efficiency, ensures regulatory compliance, improves transparency, and reduces human error. By integrating database management, role- based access, and realtime reporting, ECMS provides a scalable and reliable solution for modern electrical contracting enterprises.
