Investment is a vital part of personal financial planning that helps individuals secure their future and achieve long-term financial goals. This study focuses on understanding the investment patterns of IT employees, considering their income levels, risk tolerance, awareness, and preferences for various investment options. The study aims to analyse how demographic factors such as age, gender, income, and experience influence their investment behaviour. Data collected through a structured questionnaire reveals that most IT employees prefer low to moderate-risk investments such as mutual funds, fixed deposits, and SIPs. The study also identifies a growing awareness about wealth creation and financial planning among young IT professionals. The findings are expected to help financial planners, employers, and policymakers design better investment Aawareness programs tailored to IT professionals.
