The health tourism industry in India has surged, driven by advancements in digital technologies. This qualitative study explores the interplay between digital tools and cultural factors, focusing on their impact on patient experiences in Indian health tourism. With India's medical tourism market projected to grow significantly, the integration of telemedicine, electronic health records, and AI plays a crucial role. We conduct in-depth interviews and focus groups with healthcare professionals and patients to understand how digital tools enhance communication and satisfaction. Additionally, we examine cultural influences on healthcare practices and the challenges of technology adoption. Our findings aim to inform healthcare providers and policymakers about strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes, emphasizing the importance of cultural sensitivity in the digital era of health tourism.
